Hi BE Music Family,
Did you miss us? We just received THREE briefs for another major TV show. Their details are below.
When submitting for each brief, please use the specified link under each description and make sure to include all necessary paperwork described in the requirements.
BRIEF 1
Scene Description: One of our characters is interrogating an informant. They eventually get into their car and drive away, leaving the informant behind. We cut to establishing shots of another city.
Reference track: “Break The Rules” by Charli XCX
Production-wise, we like the powerful drive of the bass and the attack of the drums.
The music supervisor prefers the song to have a fun and rebellious vibe to it (not looking for anything specific w/ lyrics).
Pop-Punk / Indie
Female or Male vocals
Uptempo
BRIEF 2
Scene Description: One of our characters realizes he is in over his head after getting more intel from an informant. He rushes out to the car and drives away trying to figure out what to do next.
Reference track: “Survivor” by Genesis Owusu
Production-wise, we like the rhythm and tension of the temp. It plays well over the desperation we see from our character
Would like to have songs about survival, struggle, and despair (not looking for anything specific lyrically)
Alt Hip-Hop/Rap or Indie Rock
Preferably male vocals (open to female vocals if you have songs that fit better)
Uptempo
BRIEF 3
Scene Description: Slow motion sequence with three characters who are dressed to the nines as they get out of their car and ready to go make a deal happen.
Reference track: “Here I Come” by The Roots
Overall, we like the aggressive and gritty nature of the song + the swagger of the vocals
Thematically, would prefer the tracks to have confidence, urgency, determination
Alt Hip-Hop/Rap or Indie Rock
Preferably male vocals (open to female vocals if you have songs that fit better)
Uptempo
Good Luck!
